WAIVER OF LIABILITY - By clicking submit, you agree to the terms below: I hereby give my permission for the child noted below to participate in the tryouts for TBT Baseball. I understand that participation may result in injury and protective equipment does not prevent all injuries. I do hereby waive, release, absolve and agree to hold harmless the TBT Baseball, coaching staff, volunteers and participants.
